Information Packets
You will receive a detailed information packet approximately six weeks prior to the workshop. We don’t send the packet sooner because our workshops are dynamic living creatures that evolve. We try to strike a balance between getting you the information in a timely manner and letting that evolution happen. If you have questions between now and then, don’t hesitate to call or email.
Cancellation Policy
We will refund your tuition in full without restrictions, less a small handling charge to cover merchant services charges (about 3%). We operate under the assumption that if you have a last-minute cancellation, you must have a good reason. Since these classes are usually full with a waiting list, we expect you to be responsible and let us know at the earliest possible opportunity if your plans change. That responsibility also extends to not reserving a slot unless you are reasonably certain you will be able to attend.
